Establish and maintain (through children's support and other donations) an orphanage (Andrea's Homes of Hope and Joy) with a Christian School for 150 children.
The children will be cared for and raised in a Christian home and will learn English, master the computer, and learn a technical and/or trade skill. The children will be raised to be leaders who will make a significant difference in their world.
Upon their departure from Andrea’s Home of Hope and Joy at the age of eighteen, the children will have learned a trade or skill to ready them for the adult world. If the child chooses, he or she will be encouraged to pursue university training upon graduation from High School
Establish a dairy and farm crops on our 230 acres that will help maintain the orphanage and provide training and technical skills for the children and employment in the community.
Establish a dairy processing plant to process dairy products for the children in Andrea's Home and for retail sales in the community.
Riberalta, Bolivia
Establish and develop Andrea's Home #2 for 225 children.
Break ground and begin construction of perimeter wall in November of 2010.
Begin construction of the buildings in the Summer of 2011.
Expand Andrea's Homes throughout Latin America
January of 2011, conduct a trip to Costa Rica and Honduras to locate property for Andrea's Homes #3 and #4.
By the year 2023, establish nine additional Orphanages (Andrea's Homes of Hope and Joy) throughout Latin America (South America, Central America, Dominican Republic and Cuba)
As Projects begin in various countries, the number of U.S. Teams could expand to 25 to 30 per year.
