Andrea's Home of Hope and Joy is located on two and one half acres in Guayaramerin, Bolivia. Our first home was established in June of 2008. Guayaramerin is located in the north east corner of Bolivia bordering Brazil. Each child lives in one of six, six-bedroom homes on the campus together with their house parents and "siblings".
LIVES (Andrea's Homes)
Every child will live at the home until they reach 18 years of age. Their physical, social, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs are met through their "house parents", who are Bolivian married couples carefully selected by our governing board. Every child is provided with a secure home atmosphere, three nutritious meals a day, education in a Christian school, clothing, medical care, sports, and vocational training.
TOGETHER (U.S. Teams)
Volunteer Teams from across the United States are prepared for short term mission trips to work alongside the Bolivian Nationals in the construction of the buildings and the care of the children. No experience is necessary in construction. Willing hands and loving hearts are the only pre-requisites necessary to care for our children. On occasion, there are specialty teams who serve in different areas such as: Medical, Teaching and Vocational Training
